This custom built handmade leather vest made using braidwork has lapels on the front, a yoke on the back, and two inset pockets with flaps. The laces used to build it are 1/4 inch wide. Like most all of my products, it is made with the best leather that I can find - top full grain moccasin cowhide that is tanned/made in the USA. Full grain means there is no finish on it. Another word used for it is nude. It takes a clean hide for this kind of leather as finishes on hides are often used to cover blemishes.
